POSHMINE EXCHANGE & FINAL SALE POLICY

At Poshmine, we source and secure exclusive, fast-moving, pre-loved luxury archive pieces. Due to the rare nature of our inventory and the speed at which our vault operates, we strictly do not offer returns or cash refunds. All sales are final.

However, we understand that securing the perfect luxury piece is a process. Therefore, we do offer exchanges or store credit under the following strict conditions.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • The Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

  • The Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the bag or accessory must be in the exact condition it was dispatched: unused, undamaged, and complete with all original tags, authentication seals, and original packaging.

  • Signs of Use: We reject any exchange requests for items showing new wear, odors, or any alteration that was not present and documented at the time of dispatch.

2. The Exchange Protocol

To initiate an exchange, you must follow these exact steps:

  1. Contact Dispatch: Email us at contact@poshmine.com within the 14-day window. Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and clear, well-lit photographs of the item.

  2. Authorization: We will review the intel within 2-3 business days. Items must never be shipped back without receiving written authorization and a specific routing address from our team.

  3. Logistics & Responsibility: The client is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the safe, insured arrival of the luxury piece. We are not liable for items lost in transit during an exchange.

3. Exchange Value & Vault Credit

  • Inspection: Once the item is received at our facility, it will undergo a rigorous inspection to confirm it matches its original dispatch condition.

  • Credit Issuance: Upon approval, you will not receive a refund. Instead, the full purchase amount (minus original shipping costs) will be applied directly toward another item currently in the vault, or issued as Poshmine Vault Credit valid for your next extraction.

4. Non-Exchangeable Targets

The following items are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Disclosed Imperfections: Pieces cannot be exchanged based on vintage patina, specific leather wear, or minor flaws that were clearly detailed in the product dossier (photos/description) prior to purchase.

  • Custom Sourcing: Any piece that was specifically hunted, sourced, or altered at the client’s direct request.

  • Gift Cards: Electronic and physical gift cards.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Intel

If you receive a piece that was damaged in transit or is incorrect (not the target you secured), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case with our logistics team and arrange for a direct replacement or an appropriate resolution.
